Celebrity Big Brother stars 'expose' Ella secret after controversial task (2025)

Celebrational Big Brother stars were on the ball on Friday as they rumbled the latest secret task.

Celebrity Big Brother contestants were sharp this Friday, quickly catching on to the shows most recent secretive task. As part of the challenge, all celebs donned cat costumes.

While the fancy-dress had many in high spirits, Ella Rae Wise was less than impressed. Despite this, she had to adopt a "catty" attitude towards her housemates - a behaviour she admitted isn't in her nature, as she doesn't tend to be mean-spirited.

Nonetheless, she threw herself into the role and proceeded to goad her fellow contestants. Ella targeted Daley Thompson, crudely remarking he won "only" two medals, before suggesting to Jack P Shephard that his Coronation Street character ought to be axed since hes underused.

Chris Hughes was next, ridiculed for merely making it to the Love Island final, and Chesney Hawkes was bluntly told by Ella that his number one hit was unfamiliar to her.

Yet, as she spread her scornful comments in the guise of her secret mission, some housemates caught on. Chesney speculated: "Do you think Ella's on a task?" Danny Beard to replied: "Yeah she's got to be catty, play along guys."

Earlier, Ella had harshly critiqued Danny by saying he didnt deserve his victory on Ru Paul's Drag Race, expressing that there were superior queens deserving of the win, reports the Mirror.

Meanwhile, during other assignments set by the house, several contestants were intrigued by the opportunity to "look in the box" within the diary room. After Danny's curiosity trumped him, he drew Donna into a prank, convincing her to move on her hands and knees.

She warned: "If you are pulling my leg, you need to sleep with one eye open, I'm telling ya." Under pressure, Danny eventually confessed to his deceit.

As the housemates geared up for the next eviction, they discovered that Daley Thompson and Patsy Palmer were next in line for the public vote. Just on Thursday, it had been announced that these two celebs would potentially be leaving the famed household.

Earlier in the week, TV icon Trisha Goddard departed as the third evictee, following the departure of Mickey Rourke and the eviction of MP Michael Fabricant. Daley found himself nominated by four of his fellow contestants during the third round of nominations.

Among those who endorsed his nomination was actress Patsy herself, along with presenter Angellica Bell, Chris Hughes, and comedian Donna Preston. Patsy faced eviction too, with five of her housemates casting votes against her.

Those voting for her exit included Angellica, Chris, as well as RuPaul's Drag Race UK champion Danny Beard, former Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa, and The Only Way is Essex's Ella Rae Wise.

Meanwhile, Love Island alumnus Chris triggered a backlash from fans on Thursday, particularly over his growing friendship with reality star JoJo Siwa.

Celebrity Big Brother makes its comeback on Monday, April 7 at 9pm, airing on ITV1, ITVX, STV, and STV Player.
